St. Ives artist Hilary Mayes has a working studio  where she paints and shows her oil paintings,  flower studies, bluebell woods, British wild poppies, foxglove paintings,  iris paintings, old English roses, field gateway painting etc,   you will find Giclée prints of  post boxes, cottage doors, poppy paintings and others. also shown at  Trebah Gardens and Pencarrow house. some recent works have been compared to Georgia O'Keeffe,   the  poem "The Glory Of The Garden" by Rudyard Kipling on her biography page  sums up the garden as a source of inspiration.  

   Recent works include a peregrine falcon painting, and some otter and tiger paintings.
